Summary: 

The Energy Code Calculator is a tool developed by BCAP and the Alliance To Save Energy (ASE) in an effort to show the overall savings energy code implementation will have on a given jurisdiction.  By viewing each region, users will be able to review the Energy Savings, Avoided Emissions, and Dollars Saved, by year of code implementation. This tool will give users the ability to effectively show both commercial and residential savings when implementing the energy code.

This is a great snapshot of the potential savings, but I'm wondering how it was put together. Does this demonstrate what happens if a location goes from whatever the current State level code to IECC 2009, ASHRE 90.1, or what?
